Formatting
Do not bold, italicize, underline, bullet, number, indent or use any other formatting options available in Microsoft Word in our text boxes. Formatting will not transfer and will cause your text to become skewed and illegible. Also, do not format your copied text in the text boxes.

Do not use HTML formatting in a text box. If you use HTML formatting for the message, it will not be readable.
