Camera and Imaging Products Association (CIPA) estimates that 10,349,000 DSLRs will be sold in 2009, that’s a 6.8% increase over 2008.
I love good news like this because this means more people get the idea about more control and quality that a camera with interchangeable lens and larger image sensor can give. Of course we hope the increase happens.
