The mission of the PhotoWebGuide.com Blog is to share with photography enthusiasts worldwide interesting, remarkable and noteworthy websites and events related to photography in the present, the past and the future.
I am open to sites that cover offline events such as gallery openings or photography exhibits. We are not trying to cover everything about photography but we are going to show and share wonderful information and resources about photography.
As an example most of you know photography was invented in France around 1825. I have seen some fine sites in French but they are not covered here. By the way the first permanent photograph was made by Joseph Nicéphore Niépce in France and is in the collection at Harry Ransom Humanities Research Center in Austin, Texas, USA and their site is in English.
