We cannot answer questions about your camera, photographic equipment or photos unless you purchased them from us. If you did buy the item from us we will be glad to share with you what we know about it. Send us a copy of the invoice and we will answer your question if we can. If you send us a question on a camera, photographic print or related item that you did not purchase from us we cannot respond to your question.
